Delete your account

You can request deletion of your India Recharge Commission account and associated personal information through the support option inside the app.

Before you request deletion

Make sure all pending transactions and disputes are resolved. Some transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may be retained when required by law.

What to include

Send the request from your registered contact method and provide your registered mobile number. Do not include your password, PIN, OTP, or complete payment card information.

After identity verification, the support team will process the request and confirm the outcome.
